Every bag comes with a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering any defects in materials or workmanship (stitching, zippers, hardware, or leather).
If you notice an issue, reach out with your order number and a photo of the defect. We'll replace the product or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no extra cost to you.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, exposure to liquids or chemicals, or alterations made by the customer.
Two things worth adding on the page, since they matter to US shoppers: whether shipping is free (or the flat rate), and a note that customs duties won't apply if that's the case, since 8–12 days signals international shipping and some buyers will worry about surprise fees at delivery.
